Located in the heart of West Auckland here at Birdwood Park and the Waitemata Seagulls Rugby League Club. We offer unique specialized fun welcoming & fully entertaining at your own pace-type training sessions & workouts. The 0612 Fit Club is made up of a wide range of diverse individuals & characters. From mums & nanas to your regular tradesman.
We coach and train both younger & senior generations including elite members like our professional athletes. The 0612 Fit Club does not discriminate, we cater to everyone!
We will challenge you. We will motivate you. We will encourage you. With every workout and with every training session you will effectively improve your overall health & fitness.
